"Boteco" is a Portuguese word for a small café. In Brazil, every neighbourhood has its own boteco where people hang and chat over coffee and snacks. Boteco Conch is a reproduction of that here in Ponsonby.

Come and have a freshly roasted Santos coffee, delicious Savour and Devour snacks or a refreshing acai smoothie, and listen to good music at your local boteco.

What is acai?
Acai is a small, deep purple coloured berry from an Amazonian palm tree. Acai is packed full of cell-rejuvenating antioxidants to catch those free radicals before they do their damage, whilst also keeping that cholesterol under control with essential fatty acids omega-6 and omega-9.

Here at Conch, acai is served as a refreshing smoothie, with the option of muesli on the side.
