The 6th release from Wonderful Noise is the 1st EP of Julien Dyne, from the album 'Pins & Digits'.   Julien has worked as co producer for the Opensouls, Tyra and the Tornadoes, and has played with the likes of Mizell Bros, Om'mas (Sa-Ra), Steve Spacek, and Harmonic 313 as a drummer. The lead track "Falling ' Down On" has already been played by many DJs on radio, and has been long awaited on vinyl, sounding similar to a Spacek take on soul music.  Also includes a DJ Mitsu Rmx and the instrumental cut 'Deaky' on the  Sa-Ra and recent Luke Vibert tip.  This is a limited pressing!!  Don't miss!!

Soca Sound System is the first in a year-long arc of releases from Ghislain Poirier on Ninja Tune. Each will feature original productions focusing on the various street music aesthetics our man rocks so damn well. The second installment, Run The Riddim slated for June / July 09 will focus on future dancehall production and feature reggae legend Burro Banton amongst others. The third release Low Ceiling slated for Oct 09 will focus on thunderous dancefloor beats with massive, thick bass showcasing Ghislain's straight up instrumental side. To cover their true identities these agents are using the anagramed pseudonyms Tandy Love and Mad Smooth, as a further clue they hail from the Manchester based label BMusic. The names of the track sources have been also been disguised so scrabble the rabble to reveal the mixed-up monikers of your new favourite freak-funk psychedelic song smiths. All tracks are de-pipped with minimal pith and added juicy bits. Maximized, marmalised, shredded and preserved using the finest ingredients from the fruitful pastures of our pear shaped planet.
